We have been following closely the evolution of the COVID-19 virus and following the guidelines from the CDC (Center of Disease Control), World Health Organization, and the local governments’ health organizations in the markets we serve. As you may know, the rapid development of the situation is challenging, and we are very attentive to its progress.
This is a new disease and with the limited information available we feel the best action is to protect our employees, customers, providers and family by taking responsible actions to limit the spread. Therefore, we have implemented the following measures:
Neutrona’s NOC will continue providing services 24×7. As a precaution, we are asking our employees to follow our Home Office Policy and work remotely for the next two weeks. Nonetheless, our offices will remain open and available for essential personnel or anyone who needs to use them.
